Terms & Conditions
1. Our contract - These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Bramley by Mail Ltd, 54 Station Road, Cogenhoe, Northampton, NN7 1LU, to the customer named on the form provided on the Bramley by Mail website or in any Bramley by Mail catalogue. Together with the completed order form, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto. Our acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods constitutes a legally biding contract between us on these terms and conditions.

3 Making A Purchase - Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, select the products you wish to purchase and fill out the secure form.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Solo and Switch/Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, standard mail or over the Internet.
4. Shipping Charges - Shipping charges are based on the quantity and weight of items. You will be informed during the checkout process of the shipping charge, unless we are unable to automatically calculate it (in the case of large quantities). If this happens we will inform you of the cost via e-mail and await your approval before we proceed with the order. We reserve the right to update any shipping charges, although you will be asked to confirm via email if any changes occur, before you are billed. If you would like us to calculate international shipping charges for you prior to ordering then please e-mail enquiries@bramleybymail.com
5. Credit Card Security - We know of no cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. The Golden Lock that can be seen at the bottom right hand corner of the secure order form is an indication of the SSL (Secure Socket Layers) Protection system that we use and which is the industry standard. 6. Guarantee - We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee. The product must be returned to Bramley, 9a Brook Lane, Harrold, Bedfordshire, MK43 7BW. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that the postage and packing charge is non-refundable and we are unable to refund the cost of returning unsuitable items or cancelled orders. This doesn't effect your statutory rights.
