Size Guide
In order to find the correct size for your child, take measurements at the following points and look at the sizing chart below. By the way, do not pull the tape measure too tight.
How to measure
Height: Measure in cm from the top of head to the ground (without shoes).
Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest.
Waist: Measure the natural waistline, just above the hip bone.

Please note that all our clothes are generously cut and will fit up to the greater size of the dual sizing e.g. 6 years of the 5-6 years so there is no need to buy a larger size. All measurements are in centimetres (1 inch = 2.54 cm).
How to pay
Orders placed on www.notonthehighstreet.com can be made using a debit or credit card through SECPay, an online payment facility. Alternatively payments can be made by cheque, payable to Bramley by Mail Ltd. Please allow 7 working days for cheque clearance before the order can be dispatched. Please write your cheque guarantee card details on the back of the cheque.
Delivery
Orders are despatched within 3 to 5 working days subject to stock availability. If there is a further delay, we will contact you.
Our delivery charges are split depending on how many items you purchase. For mainland UK & Northern Ireland the charges are:
£4.50 for up to three items (excluding items home & vintage pieces)
£7.00 for more than three items (excluding items home & vintage pieces)
We also offer a next day express delivery service for an additional charge (not including Saturdays and Sundays) quotes given on request.
Please note a signature is required for both services.
For those larger home and vintage items, we can arrange delivery with a courier service. Please call our customer service line for quotes.
Overseas Delivery
We are happy to receive orders from overseas. For details of delivery charges please email enquiries@bramleybymail.com.
Please note: Local import duties may be payable upon receipt.
All orders on this site will be charged in British Pounds Sterling.
Gift Wrap
All our parcels are wrapped in tissue paper and then traditional brown paper and string. We also include an extra gift tag so that you can add a personalised message.
Alternatively you can pick from our range of miniature suitcases, which make lovely gift boxes. Prices are £4 for the small size, £5.50 for the medium size and £7 for the large size. Please see the toys section for colour details and dimensions.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, we are happy to exchange or refund if you are not entirely satisfied.
If you are not happy with a product, please return the goods in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt to:

Items will be fully refunded or exchanged providing they are unworn and in the same condition as when they arrived and you have taken care to ensure the items are received by us and not damaged in transit.
We strongly recommend that you return items via recorded delivery or special delivery if the item is worth more than £30, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage costs will only be refunded if goods are faulty. (Your statutory rights will not be affected).
Please make sure you retain proof of postage.
